About – Emily

I am a fully qualified and accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist. I have a private practice and work as a school counsellor one day a week.

My approach is shaped around you and is holistic. I work with adults and children over the age of 12 years for individual counselling. I also work with couples who are in a loving relationship but need some support to enhance their communication skills to strengthen their connection.

I provide a quiet, confidential and professional environment that has helped so many people overcome their difficulties in life, and I look forward to being by your side on your journey.

Therapy Description

I treat all my clients with utmost respect and dignity safely and confidentially.

Although my training is person-centred, I incorporate other modalities into my therapeutic work, such as cognitive behaviour therapy or mindfulness and breathwork.

Sessions for individual counselling are 50 minutes long and couples counselling lasts for one and a half hours and takes place at The Self Centre in Bury St Edmunds.

I offer a friendly, nurturing, and therapeutic environment in my practice, online and outdoors.
