What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnosis works though slowing down the brain waves to create a relaxed state, then reaching into the unconscious to bring about desired positive changes. It only works if you allow it to, you cannot be forced to do anything against your wishes and can pull yourself out of it any stage.
Many people feel a great sense of peace during sessions, as if they are in a safe dreamlike state.
