What happens in a session?
The first assessment will look to identify the structure/s at fault, which are leading to the presenting condition. Following the assessment (first session) a diagnosis can be made and treated in that and subsequent sessions to resolve the cause of symptoms rather than just addressing the symptoms.
Patients are often given a program of exercises and advice to work on a home to enable independent management as soon as is possible. Our ethos is very much based around achieving results quickly and enabling the patient to understand how to.
