Vinyasa Flow Yoga Classes
Vinyasa literally means “ to flow” These classes consist of sequences of yoga poses blended together with the breath to create almost a moving meditation.
Music is in some instances an integral part of the class and they are taught at a more intense pace to create heat within the body which helps you to open up.
There are varying levels of intensity and each teacher will have their own particular style.
We recommend that if you are new to yoga you book one of our beginners courses or book a class indicated for Beginners on the timetable.
