Hatha Yoga Classes

Hatha Yoga is used in this context to mean a gentle style class covering classic yoga poses, breathing and relaxation techniques. It is taught often using props and modifications are given if needed.

It evolves at a low intensity pace mainly with some short flow sequences occasionally. Each teacher has a particular style of teaching so it is important to try a few!

Beginners are recommended to try the 8 week Beginners Course but are also welcome to attend other classes that are indicated as 'Beginners' on the timetable.

Maybe book a couple of private one to ones to get you started if you can't make one of the above??
