The Pilates method is not just a series of exercises but a complete approach to developing body awareness. It concentrates on developing the strength of the core stability muscles and in doing so improves posture alignment. It is highly recommended for those with back injuries or postural issues.

The Key Benefits of Pilates are :

  • Suitable for everyone, regardless of fitness levels, ideal for those that suffer with back problems.

Classes available

  • Beginners classes or  Intermediate or Mixed Levels & Small Group Classes
  • One to one rehabilitation programmes
  • Private group classes ( Workplace, WI , Schools etc )

Classes @ the self centre take place on the following days/times:

  • Mondays

8.45 - 9.45 am Mixed Ability

9.45 - 10.45 am Beginners

6.30 - 7.30 pm Beginners

7.30 - 8.30 pm Intermediate

  • Tuesday mornings

9.15 - 10.15 am Mixed Ability

  • Wednesday evening

6.30 - 7.30 pm Mixed Ability

  • Friday

11.15 - 12.15 am Mixed Ability
